1938 B.M.W. R66




In for a total nut and bolt restoration.
This has been in the North Walsham Motorcycle Museum
for a few years he didn't look to bad from a distance but the closer you got the worse it looked   








All coach lines were stick on pin stripes







Before hone


After a good honing





Make new base gaskets





And sump gasket

polish push rod tubes paint barrels and fit

Strip and ultrasonic clean the carbs



likewise the forks

O.K. Lets put it back together..!!!



New fork seals





Make a gasket for the rear drive




Wheels in ..


Engine in...
















After making all the cables and a new wiring job
it turned out very nice.
